When you're ready we can take your payment via paypal or by credit or debit card. Once that’s all gone through successfully, we’ll send through an automated email to confirm your order is in our system.
We try to keep this bit fast and cheap.
For UK customers - we use Royal Mail 1st class (signed for) for all our deliveries. This is free on orders above £49. For orders below £49 in value we charge £4 postage and for single items below £20 in value (a pair of socks for example) we have a special rate of £2.50.
Customers outside the UK - there’s a handy shipping rate calculator, at our checkout, that’ll quote the charge for your package to reach you based on your location. We use Royal Mail’s International Signed-for service to send securely around the world.
You'll want your new products without delay (...don't worry - we get that. It's exciting buying new kit!) Here's an idea of how quickly we can get your new items on their way to you. Orders placed any day between Monday and Friday (before 1pm GMT) are usually shipped that day. Any orders made after 1pm will be posted the next day.
Thankfully problems are rare. But if a particular item is out of stock, or if there are any other issues you need to know about, we'll get in touch right away.
We replenish our stock all the time and making in the UK means we have a fast delivery from our factory. In these circumstances we’ll happily offer a refund or, if you'd prefer, keep your order on hold to dispatch as soon as we can.
We want your new items to fit just right. But if you need to try another size, or if you're having second thoughts, we'll happily offer an exchange or a refund. All we ask is that garments are returned in "as new" condition. If there are any issues with the condition of returned items we’ll drop you a line.
You've got time to think about it - just make sure size exchanges or refund requests reach us within generous 90 days of the original purchase date. For UK purchases we now offer free returns (see our returns page). We are unable to refund shipping & handling costs for overseas returned items.

We are super confident about the quality of our product and want to give you full peace of mind.
We now offer full warranty for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects i.e. stichting coming loose, zip malfunction, flaws in fabric etc. Failure of a garment due to misuse or crashing etc wil not be covered and if we deem that to be the case on a returned item we will be in touch to offer other solutions.
The UK made products will actually be returned to the factory of origin and the foreign made products will be repaired here in Hackney or if a a repair is not possible we wil replace the apparel with a new one.
We believe this policy to not only be good customer service but a great ethical green policy adding extended life to a garment making sure we produce products made to last.
An added bonuses is that any item to be returned can be done so with our free returns service.
