Returns and refunds

 

Please note we cannot offer any refund on our 'print-to-order' casual wear from our third party partner Teemill.com  i.e. t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc. 

We want your new items to fit just right. But if you need to try another size, or if you're having second thoughts, we'll happily offer an exchange or a refund. All we ask is that garments are returned in "as new" condition.  If there are any issues with the condition of returned items we’ll drop you a line.

You've got time to think about it - just make sure size exchanges or refund requests reach us within 90 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately we're unable to refund your shipping & handling costs

Hackney GT will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”.
